IP Law & Policy Research

We adopt contextual and empirical research models which canvass different African legal systems and cultures for the purposes of identifying the commercial and reputational threats posed to our clients. In this manner, we are able to proffer the most felicitous, practical and responsive approaches for addressing our clients’ needs. We also carry out interdisciplinary research and examine the extent to which an Afrocentric regime of Intellectual Property law and policy would contribute to other disciplines such as health, information technology and economic growth in Africa.
